Follow these simple steps to reload your physical gift card received in the mail (pssst… it’s preloaded with $5 to get you started)

 

  1. Enter the 16 digit gift card number found on the back of your physical gift card in the box named “Gift Card Number” below and hit “Check Balance”.
  2. You will see your $5 balance pre-loaded onto the card. To add additional value to the card, click the button “Add more funds to this gift card”. 
  3. Select the desired reload amount, and continue click “add to cart.”
  4. Click on the “View cart” on the page and continue the checkout process to pay for your reload.
